Kiwi N Tiger booking terms & conditions –
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all of the bookings made through us. References to ‘we’ ‘our’ means ‘Kiwi N Tiger New Zealand’. References to ‘you’ ‘guest’ ‘traveller’ means a person who makes a booking.
- Passport –
All travellers must have a validity of six months or more on their passports at the time of departure. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in this matter.
- Refund & Cancellation –
50% amount can be refunded 4 weeks prior to departure date for a guest except the flights’ bookings which means no refund can be made on the flights at any time (Unless a full refund flight has been booked on the Guest’s behalf as per instructed by the guest). No refund can be made for the cancellation made after 4 weeks prior to departure or no show or if a tour is left in between by the traveller.
- Travel Insurance –
Travel insurance is not included in any of the given tour prices. It is the sole responsibility of our guests to book travel insurance for them before arrival in India. We strongly recommend our guests to buy travel insurance before travelling.
- Itineraries & Hotels –
Given hotels and itineraries are for indication purpose only for a travel plan and are liable to change depending on unforeseen circumstances and availability without any notice.
- Flights –
Booking related airlines’ terms and conditions apply at the time of booking. We are not responsible for the delays and cancellations which may happen by the airlines or the traveller, and are not responsible to pay for these changes or cancellation done either by airlines or by traveller. Flight schedule change fees and cancellation fees (Full or Partial) may occur for the cancellations or changes done for any reasons and guest is liable to pay if any of these costs occur. We will assist travellers with any of these changes at no extra cost however the refunds entirely depends on the Airlines or third party arrangements which can be full or partial or no refund.
6. Supplier/Airlines Change and Cancellation Fees –
Bookings which are cancelled due to any reasons may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier/Airlines fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Any costs involved in such cases shall be paid upfront or you indemnify us if it is paid by us on your behalf. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier/airlines, we will not be able to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier/airlines.
7. Visa –
We apply for a visa on our guests’ behalf. However, it is our guests’ responsibility to provide us with the right information at the time of visa applications. We will not be responsible if any wrong or incomplete information is provided which may lead to cancellation of visa or denied entry at the port of arrival of the destination. It is the guest’s responsibility to make us aware of any past or current criminal convictions that may affect the visa application. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility (except to the extent caused by fault on our part). If you need information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip, please contact us; We can provide you with general information on visa and passport requirements that apply to international travel bookings you make with us.
8. Minors –
Travel cannot be booked for unaccompanied minors without the supervision of an adult.
9.Health & special requirements –
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. Please let us know in advance regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements such as special meal and seating requests, room type or disabled access. We also recommend you to consult with your local GP before commencing your travel.
Any disputes will be determined by the jurisdiction of the Courts in the Place of Jurisdiction.
11. Frequent Flyer –
When booking, please make us aware of your frequent flyer membership details (or other applicable loyalty program details). Please check your frequent flyer program (or other applicable loyalty programs) for the specific terms of your membership. We cannot guarantee that the supplier or airlines will credit you with points for your booking.
12. GST & Customs-
Due to the nature of the business, we charge zero-rated GST on our invoices. Please check if you have to pay GST or customs on the goods that you buy while you are travelling. We are not liable to pay if any such costs occur.
By providing your personal information to us, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information in certain circumstances (such as where you request us to book international travel for you), we are permitted to disclose your personal information to overseas or local recipients. Such recipients may include the overseas or local travel service providers (e.g. airlines, accommodation or tour providers) with whom your bookings will be made. Using your personal information including your photographs taken while on tour, on social media or online including on our website will be restricted and will only be used after asking you for your permission. This permission can be written or verbal consent. Please make us aware in advance if you would not like your photos to be published on our social media or any other platform.
