Day 1 – Fly to Delhi: Fly from Auckland/Christchurch/Wellington/ Sydney/Melbourne airport and arrive same day in the evening. IST (Indian Standard Time) is 7 and half hours behind than New Zealand time. You’ll be received at Delhi airport by one of our representatives and transferred to your Hotel. Relax for the night and get rid of Jet lag. 

Day Highlights:

Day 2 – New Delhi: Welcome to New Delhi! Reason behind Friday departure is to face much lesser traffic at Delhi roads on Saturdays & Sundays, than weekdays. Meet us at your hotel lobby at around 10 AM for briefing from your tour escort. Drive through the tree lanes of New Delhi and embassies of Chanakyapuri. A guided tour of India Gate President’s Palace & Gurudwara Bangla Sahib will give you a good history lesson about New Delhi and its

architecture & Sikhism. If you still would like to explore more then proceed to Akshardham – world’s largest Hindu temple complex. Enjoy the evening water show here to get refreshed from the busy day. You’ll be driven to your Hotel after this.

Day 3 – Agra: After breakfast, enjoy your drive to Agra on Yamuna Expressway and the green view of agricultural farms on both sides of the road. Have a stopover at one of the road side restaurants for Masala Chai! A sunset visit to one of the Seven Wonders of the World (Taj Mahal) becomes the star attraction of the day.  After a guided tour of Taj, head to the famous local gem stones & marble artisans to learn about the marble and gem stones carving and inlay techniques. Return to your hotel after this.

Day 4 – Jaipur: Travel to the Pink city after Breakfast in same vehicle. Have a buffet lunch at your choice at a resort right next to Abhaneri Stepwell and a Jugaad Ride from that resort to stepwell via Abhaneri Village. Proceed to Jaipur after this and Check in your Hotel and relax for the evening.

Day 5 – Jaipur: Start your day with a guided tour of local flower and vegetable market. Visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar a hub of architectural astronomical instruments built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II and completed in 1734Witness morning aarti at Govind dev Ji Temple. Experience the world famous Gemstones specialty of Jaipur. Relax at your hotel for the afternoon and join a local family for the dinner in the evening.

Day 6 – Jaipur: See the everyday life of Jaipur locals and some local cafes with your tour leader. Visit the carpets, handicrafts and block printing workshops and appreciate the art of Jaipur. Have a break at your hotel after lunch for couple of hours. Have a stopover at the Lake Palace once built for the royal men for duck shooting on your way to Amber Fort for night visit and a walk through ancient Amber town. Enjoy your dinner at a local restaurant in Amer and proceed to your hotel after this.

Day 7 – Udaipur: Start your journey to Udaipur this morning at around 10 am. Known as the City of Lakes, Udaipur is most celebrated for the fairy-tale marble palaces that appear to rise from the waters of Lake Pichola. It’s a beautiful drive through the Aravali Hills and many marble mines. A Farm restaurant stop over gives you a beautiful opportunity to walk through Marigold and vegetables farm. You can also enjoy their organic food. Also spot the 351 feet tall statue of

Lord Shiva on your way to Udaipur. Check in at your luxury hotel and relax for the evening as we have not much to do this evening after a long journey.

Day 8 – Udaipur: Venture into a spectacular labyrinth of courtyards within the City Palace this morning, a soaring creation of marble and granite perched on the lake’s edge. Incredible photographic opportunities abound at this palace complex, the largest in Rajasthan, which blends medieval, European, and Chinese architecture and is richly decorated with inlaid mirror-work, mosaics, and frescoes. Later, explore the narrow streets of the old city by rickshaw, and stop to photograph a local market before visiting the 17th-century Jagdish Temple, adorned with fantastic carvings. A scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola provides an opportunity to capture the luminous white marble facade of Jag Niwas, now the Taj Lake Palace, and its shimmering reflection on the water. Finish your day by ‘The Dharohar Dance Show’ at Bagore Ki Haveli Museum. Older part of the city with it’s narrow streets gives you an opportunity to enjoy the Tuk Tuk rides in Udaipur,

Visit the local artisan in Udaipur to enhance your knowledge on Miniature Painting after lunch. Udaipur is also famous for its Gold and Silver Jewelry including expensive and inexpensive designs. Let us know in advance if this interests you, we can arrange your visit to one of the famous Jewelry Stores.

Day 9 Narlai: After breakfast, we will head to 17th century Traditional Rajasthani Village – Narlai. Enjoy your stay at Rawla Narlai a 17th Century hunting lodge of Maharaja now turned into beautiful boutique heritage hotel or another option can be a luxury resort right next to Kumbhalgarh Fort. Walk up to Elephant rock this evening or have a village safari with the hotel staff. You’ll find people are very friendly in that village. This beautiful property also has spa and massage facility to engage you for the evening.

Day 10 Narlai: Jeep Safari for Leopard Sighting and countryside visit becomes the highlight of the day. Leopard Sighting and Countryside visit are included in your tour package price. Another activity which can be added at an extra cost is your dinner at the step well with live folk music under the shade of a thousand lamps.

Day 11 – Jodhpur: Travel to the Blue City this morning at around 9 am. Visit a village family on your way to Jodhpur to see how they make Durries (local rugs). Check in your hotel and relax for the afternoon. We’ll leave for a guided street walk of the blue houses and a guided walk of the local market known as Sardaar Market in the evening. Visit the local stores there as Jodhpur has been well known for it’s textiles, handicrafts and spices. Return to your hotel after this.

Day 12 – Jodhpur / Osian : Visit the majestic 15th century Mehrangarh Fort and take a guided tour of famous Umaid Bhawan Palace – one of the largest private residences in the world. Return to your hotel and relax for an hour. Leave for the Osian Desert Camp at afternoon. Have a light lunch as you’ll be served high tea at the sand dunes while watching the cultural music and folk dance show with a sunset. Desert safari & camel ride is one of the best things to do in Osian. Enjoy a buffet dinner after drinks. Travel back to your hotel in the evening after dinner.

Day 13 – Kochi: You’ll be received at Kochi airport by one of our representatives and transferred to your Hotel. Stay close to fort Kochi in your luxury hotel like ‘Old Harbour Hotel’ or ‘Taj Malabar Resort & Spa’. Relax for the night and get rid of Jet lag.

Day 14 – Kochi: After breakfast, take a guided visit of all famous attractions of Fort Kochi in your Chauffeured vehicle. Your first stop will take you inside Paradesi Synagogue, the oldest Jewish synagogue in India. Built in 1568, the place of worship is decorated with Chinese porcelain tiles and Belgian chandeliers. (closed on Fridays and Saturdays.) Next up is a visit to St. Francis Church, the first European church of India. After a look around, continue to the Mattancherry Palace (closed on Fridays). Visit spice markets of Mattancherry. Pack an extra bag for the inevitable shopping. After lunch your tour proceeds to the Chinese fishing nets set up on teak wood and bamboo poles; these fishing nets have their origin from China. Save the evening for the Kathakali performance before dinner.

Day 15,16 – Marari Beach: Proceed to Marari Beach in same vehicle for your stay in a luxury resort near fisher man villages, like ‘Marari Beach Resort’. Stay for the night in this resort and enjoy the luxury of private beach of the resort or Kerala Ayurvedic Massage for the evening.

Day 17 – Allepey: Home to a vast network of waterways and more than a thousand houseboats, Allepey is one of Kerala’s most mesmerizingly beautiful and relaxing experiences. Don’t forget to stop and try local delicacies on your way to Allepey. Float along and gaze over paddy fields of succulent green, curvaceous rice barges and village life along the banks in your houseboat. Stay in your hotel like houseboat for overnight.

Day 18,19 – Periyar National Park: Regarded among the top national parks of India, Periyar National Park covers an area of 925 sq. km. This enormous area acts as a habitat to many endangered and endemic species of flora, mammals, reptiles, fishes, amphibians, and birds. It is in the Cardamom Hill range that encompasses rivers like Periyar and different regions that are home to different kinds of species. Please select the activities that interest you most as there is a lot to choose from. Call ‘Elephant Court Thekkady’ your home, for the night.

Day Highlights:


  • Clouds Walk – It is a 3 to 4-hour guided walk taking participants to vantage points of the park. Right from the vantage point one can enjoy a 360-degree view of the grasslands.
  • PeriyarLake Boat-Ride:  A famous landmark of the national park, this lake is spread across an area of 26 sq. km. and is among the most charming lakes of Kerala. It was formed post the construction of Mullaperiyar Dam, and is a perfect place to spot various wildlife species that come here to quench their thirst.
  • Abraham’s Spice Garden– Even though the whole Periyar National Park is carpeted with greenery, a tour through the Abraham’s Spice Garden is unmissable. It is hosted by knowledgeable guides, who tell you about the uses of different plants.
  • Connemara Tea Factory– Tea-lovers cannot have enough of this place. The building was built back in 1940s and the tour educates about the history of tea plantation and other medicinal uses of the leaves.
  • Bamboo Rafting – Rafting and hiking programme takes one through some of the most verdant areas of PeriyarTiger Reserve. The tour is guided by two professional guides and panoramic views on the way are a visual treat.
  • Elephant ride: Ride through the jungles of Periyarat the back of the Elephant.

Day 20 – Munnar: Post breakfast, proceed to Munnar on a scenic drive in the same vehicle. Green is the colour that swathes the lush mountain slopes of Munnar, the crisp air, clement weather and relaxed grain are all perfectly engineered to work up a restful experience in this scenic hill town. Order a steaming cup of tea from a nearby plantation to go with the breath-taking views.

Day 21 – Munnar: Welcome to the Tea city of India. After breakfast at the hotel, you will start exploring Munnar by visiting the Eravikulam National Park, which is a famous habitat of the rare mountain goats called the Nilgiri Tahr. You will also explore Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point with its lustrous green tea garden. Follow the tea picker’s tail and take a guided visit to the Tea museum. After your day excursion, you will return to the hotel to enjoy dinner and overnight rest.

Day 22 – Departure: You’ll be driven to your departure terminal in Kochi from your hotel after Breakfast according to your flight timings.
